Mango Salsa Recipe

Try this spicy, fresh salsa with some grilled chicken on a lightly toasted wrap for an easy summer lunch.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe Freshline mangos, diced
  • 1 large Freshline red bell pepper, finely chopped 
  • 1 cup of cooked corn kernels
  • ¼ large Freshline red onion, finely chopped 
  • 1 medium Freshline red chilli, finely chopped 
  • ¼ cup Freshline coriander, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 
  • 1 Freshline lime, juice and zest

Recipe Method

  1. Place the mango, pepper, onion, chilli, corn and coriander in a mixing bowl. 
  2. Add a salt, pepper and lime juice & zest.
  3. Mix well and serve.
