Dear SPAR customers,

It has come to our attention that a new scam is doing the rounds in KZN.  

How it works

SASSA grant recipients are approached to pay a fee of R120 which will entitle them to a 50% discount on their shopping at SPAR stores. 

This is a scam.  SPAR has not entered into any agreement with SASSA regarding discounts.
