Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 pack Your Butcher By SPAR Lamb Riblets
  • 2 packs SPAR Tender & Tasty Chicken Espetada, BBQ

Lamb Marinade

  • Zest and juice of 1 SPAR freshline Lemon
  • ¼ cup (60ml) SPAR Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp (5ml) chilli flakes
  • 2 Tbsp (30ml) rosemary leaves
  • 2 cloves SPAR freshline Garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Method

Mix the lamb marinade ingredients together and marinate the riblets for at least an hour.
Braai the ribs and espatadas over hot coals until crispy and cooked through.
Serve with Winter Slaw
