Lamb Platter Recipe

Tender slices of deboned lamb adorned with sundried tomatoes, rocket and feta and drizzled with olive oil for a Greek style feast.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 SPAR Tender & Tasty deboned leg of lamb
  • 200g SPAR plain feta
  • About 80-100g sundried tomatoes in oil
  • 1-2 packets SPAR freshline wild rocket
  • SPAR olive oil

Recipe Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Remove lamb from packaging and roast on a lined baking tray for 45 minutes to an hour until well done.
  3. Allow to rest for at least 15 minutes before carving.
  4. Arrange lamb slices onto a large platter along with feta, sundried tomatoes and rocket.
  5. Season well and drizzle with olive oil before serving.
