Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon elderflower syrup
  • 1 sprig SPAR Freshline thyme
  • 2 sprig SPAR Freshline mint
  • 8 SPAR Freshline red globe grapes, frozen
  • ½ cup sparkling grape juice
  • ½ cup SPAR sparkling spring water

Recipe Method

  1. Place the syrup, thyme and mint in a large cocktail glass, and crush with the back of a spoon.
  2. Pour in the grape juice and sparkling water and stir.
  3. Add in the frozen grapes and serve.
