Crispy Potato Bake Recipe
The ultimate in crispy potato goodness! Cutting the potato slices really thin and stacking them vertically is a potato bake game changer.
Recipe Ingredients
- 6kg SPAR Freshline potatoes, washed
- 3 cups cream
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon SPAR Freshline chives
- 1 tablespoon sea salt flakes
Recipe Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Thinly slice the potatoes and place in a large bowl.
- Pour in the cream and add salt, pepper and chives.
- Toss well to combine.
- Working along the short edge of a greased roasting pan, arrange the potato upright from left to right to fill the pan.
- Pour the remaining cream over the arranged potatoes and place in the oven for +- 1 hour or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle the potatoes with sea salt to serve.
