The Ultimate Chicken Slaw Burger Recipe
Crumbed chicken strips topped with a mustard and honey mayo slaw and served on a fresh bun with onion rings and cheese slices.
Recipe Ingredients
- 750g SPAR Frozen Crumbed Chicken Strips
- 4 SPAR Bakery White Hamburger Rolls
- SPAR Daily Spread
- ½ cup (125ml) SPAR Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp (45ml) SPAR Mustard
- 2 tsp (20ml) SPAR Honey
- 175g of SPAR freshline coleslaw mix.
- ¼ SPAR freshline Iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 SPAR freshline red onion, sliced
- 400g SPAR Cheddar Full Fat Processed Cheese Slices
Recipe Method
- Bake the chicken in 180º oven for 15 minutes.
- Slice the rolls and toast
- Spread with SPAR Daily Spread
- Mix the mayo, mustard and honey together and toss through the slaw and lettuce.
- Pile onto the toasted rolls and top with the crispy chicken, onions rings and cheese slices.
