Cajun Spiced Braai Chicken with Yoghurt Dressing Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, place the spices, sauce and oil. Mix well. Add chicken and combine well to ensure all the pieces are coated with the spices. Refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate.
Put yoghurt and parsley in a small bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix. Refrigerate until needed.
On a braai grid placed over hot coals, place the chicken and drizzle with extra oil. Braai for 25 – 30 minutes, basting with the leftover marinade every 5 minutes.
Chargrill the halved lemons on the braai for 1 minute or until charred. Set aside until needed.
Serve the chicken with the charred lemon halves and yoghurt sauce. Garnish with the extra parsley sprigs.
