This simple trick will allow you to effortlessly reopen a sealed envelope.
 
If you seal an envelope before remembering to add something, just reopen the sticky strip by placing it in the freezer for an hour or so. The sticky part will react with the cold temperature and automatically lose its stickiness and can then be easily opened.
