Hop, skip and jump for health

Healthy living is not only about healthy eating. It's about LIFESTYLE. 

Include exercise into your life that is FUN and sustainable.  You don't have be a member of a gym.  Get a group of friends together to walk or cycle around the neighbourhood.  If you need to be at home, then find a routine or use small equipment such as a stationary bike/ stepper/mini trampoline/skipping rope and some hand-held weights for your workout.  Don't forget to 'pump it up' with some vibey music!  (Remember to stretch before and after an exercise routine.)
