Fast food - healthier snacking

When it comes to food-on-the-go, remember that fruit is the best fast food you can get!  Easy-to-eat are apples, bananas, nectarines, seedless grapes and naartjies.

Fruit is a filling and tasty snack which provides energy, fibre and vital vitamins!

Popcorn is another great fibre-rich food which is great as a snack (just go easy on the salt)

If you feel like a treat, go for something that will provide some benefit, like dark chocolate.  It contains more cocoa flavonoids than other chocolate which provides a powerful antioxidant effect.  It also provides much eating pleasure, which we can only say is Good For You!  (in moderation!)
