GLOBAL COFFEE is committed to sourcing the finest quality green coffee from across the Equatorial Belt, where the best Arabica coffee beans are grown. They work closely with farmers to ensure that only the best mountain-grown coffee cherries are harvested, which are then carefully processed at approved washing stations and mills at origin, under strict quality controls. While delivering a constant supply of quality coffee, GLOBAL COFFEE also gives back to the community, helping to empower and uplift the farms, mills and washing stations that are owned and operated by the local people.

THE STORY DOESN’T END THERE

Once the coffee arrives at their BRC certified roastery in Cape Town, the GLOBAL COFFEE’S Quality Control Department carefully cups the coffee to make sure it meets their high standards. The process of developing the perfect blend continues with roasting the coffee in multiple ways on small batch micro roasters, overseen by a skilled Roast Master, who still roasts by hand, to craft the exact flavour notes, depth of body and acidities he is after. The coffee is then packed into 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg triple laminated, barrier-safe packaging on state-of-the-art nitrogen flushing packing machines.
