Ingredients

  • Sticky Toffee Pudding
  • Custard
  • Peppermint Crisp
  • Whipped Cream
Nut Brittle
  • 250ml granulated white sugar
  • 200g peanuts

Method

  1. Layer each of the puddings and custard before topping with whipped cream and the peanut brittle.
  2. To make the nut brittle: Heat the sugar in a medium saucepan and swirl the pan until all the sugar has melted, add the nuts and swirl until well coated. Pour onto a greased baking sheet and allow to cool completely.
  3. Serve immediately.
