Recipe for
Homemade Mocha Liqueur

Creamy condensed milk, chocolate, coffee and a good dash of whisky makes this liqueur a perfect festive season gift, presented in a fancy bottle and tied with a bow.
Ingredients
(Yield: 1.4 litres)
1 can
SPAR
condensed milk
2 x 300 ml
SPAR Squillos
chocolate milk
10 ml
SPAR
instant coffee dissolved in 15 ml hot water
250 ml
SPAR
long-life cream
375 ml whisky
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients except the whisky, mixing until evenly blended.
2. Slowly mix in the whisky and pour through a funnel into completely clean, dry bottles.
3. Cap or seal and store in the fridge.
Hints and Tips
Adding 5 ml SPAR glycerine is an optional addition that does improve the texture.
There is no need to use an expensive whisky for this mixture.
Keep the liqueur refrigerated until you pack and present this gift. Do not prepare too far in advance. Suggest to the recipient that the liqueur be stored in the refrigerator, and consumed within a month.
Wrap with a special slab of imported chocolate and a few SPAR Good Living Tequila shot glasses to make it extra special!
