Kick off at the official Start of Spring, with a fun dessert that emulates a glass vase of cheerful floral colour.
6 SPAR Good Living Alor tumblers
1 box banana or caramel instant pudding
450 ml SQUILLOS banana flavoured milk
1 box guava instant pudding
450 ml SQUILLOS strawberry flavoured milk
1 box chocolate instant pudding
450ml SQUILLOS chocolate flavoured milk
Layer ingredient choice: crumbled meringues - SPAR Ginger or Shortbread biscuits
METHOD:
1. In three separate bowls, beat each instant pudding with the recommended flavoured milk.
2. Spoon each flavour alternately into each glass ''vase'' and scatter on a layer of either crumbled meringues or biscuit of choice. Fill with more mixture to near the top of the tumbler.
3. Cut off 5 slices off the length of a marshmallow; gently squeeze one end of each slice to form a petal shape. Arrange these in an overlapping fashion to create an open flower to place on top. A central sweet such as a Jelly Tot or Smartie for the centre, completes the look.
4. Serve within an hour of preparation.

Hints and Tips: - Plain milk may be used instead of the flavoured milks.
-Breakfast option: Create layers using alternating Berry, vanilla and Granadilla yoghurts. Include fresh berries or Strawberry Rice Pops breakfast cereal as a middle layer. Eat immediately.
