Cheesy Stuffed Croissants Recipe

Delicious, flaky croissants stuffed with a savoury three cheese mix makes for a special breakfast or brunch.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 large SPAR Freshline butter croissants
  • 4 tablespoons SPAR cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons SPAR grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoon SPAR Marksbury Select Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
  • 8 SPAR Freshline Baby tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 pack Beechwood Smoked Diced Bacon
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • 3 tablespoons SPAR Freshline spring onion (chopped)

Recipe Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Cut the top of each croissant with a knife to form a vessel where filling can sit.
  4. Place the croissants onto the baking tray and set aside.
  5. In a medium bowl, mix the cheeses, tomatoes, bacon, cream and spring onion.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the prepared croissant boats.
  7. Bake in the oven for +- 15 mins or until golden brown.
  8. Serve immediately.
